Do unused sessions roll over?
Monthly sessions don't roll over — they're designed to encourage consistent use, which is how you get the best results. If life gets busy, just come in for your session before the month ends.
Can I share my membership with a family member?
Memberships are individual and non-transferable. However, we'd love to set up a second membership for your family member — reach out and we'll make it easy.
Which IV drip can I use with my membership?
Any drip from our standard IV menu — Apex Athlete, The Defender, Rise & Shine, High-Dose Vit C, custom hydration, and more. Premium Therapies (Glutathione, NAD+) are discounted but not included as part of your monthly sessions.
Do GLP-1 memberships require a consultation?
Yes. Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are prescription medications. All GLP-1 members must complete a clinical consultation and receive a valid prescription before the program begins. This is a one-time initial step — after that, monthly check-ins are brief.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
